Amazon land, approached with clarity
We help international clients buy Amazon land in Brazil, with the documentation, local knowledge and independent due diligence that a serious purchase deserves.
Brazilian AmazonA considered process, from first conversation to completed purchase
Amazon land rewards patience and scrutiny. We give every opportunity structure, and we never encourage a client forward until the available documentation has been examined by qualified Brazilian professionals.
Select
We start with your objectives, timescale and criteria, then introduce only the opportunities that genuinely fit. Not a catalogue to browse.
Verify
We assemble the available documentation and coordinate its review with qualified Brazilian legal and technical professionals. Gaps are surfaced, not glossed over.
Coordinate
We keep client, owner and advisers aligned through the transaction, and remain available for local coordination after completion.

Presidente Figueiredo, the land of waterfalls
Presidente Figueiredo sits around 110 kilometres north of Manaus, connected by the BR 174 highway. Across Brazil it is known as the land of waterfalls, a landscape of rivers, caves and standing forest. It is also where AmazonTribe Solutions is based.
Working from the region gives us something a distant broker cannot offer. People on the ground, direct relationships with landowners, and first hand knowledge of access, boundaries and local conditions. When we present land here, we have usually stood on it.

A place worth understanding before you own it

What a serious Amazon land review examines
We coordinate a structured documentation process with qualified Brazilian professionals. These are the areas your independent advisers should confirm, and we help make sure they can.
Title and registration
Matrícula, ownership chain and registration records reviewed for consistency and standing.
Boundaries and georeferencing
Georeferenced limits checked against records and the parcel as presented on the ground.
Encumbrances
Liens, mortgages, disputes and third party rights identified before any commitment.
Environmental and CAR
Rural Environmental Registry, protected area status and legal reserve obligations.
Occupation and possession
Actual occupation, possession history and any community or Indigenous considerations.
Permitted use and carbon
Realistic permitted uses and whether any carbon project pathway is feasible, stated as potential only.
This is not an exhaustive legal checklist, and AmazonTribe Solutions does not replace an independent Brazilian lawyer, notary, surveyor or environmental consultant. Prospective purchasers should obtain their own legal, tax, environmental and technical advice.

Ownership that can hold land carefully
Much of the land we present has conservation value. We work with owners and clients who want that value understood and respected, without overstating what a purchase alone can achieve.
- Conservation potential described honestly, evidence permitting
- Community and Indigenous considerations treated as prerequisites
- Carbon and biodiversity pathways framed as possibilities subject to assessment
- No claim that buying land, by itself, protects it
