Basic property information

Enough to identify the property. At minimum: município + state, and either a property name, a location, or one official identifier.

Property & registry identifiers

All optional — enter whatever you have.

On the property registration certificate from the Cartório de Registro de Imóveis.
Rural cadastral & tax identifiers

All optional. Leave blank or note “not sure” where you don’t have it.

On the CAR receipt (Recibo de inscrição), e.g. AM-1303536-…
Owner or seller information

Sensitive personal data — all optional. For your protection, these fields are not included in the request email; we collect them securely if and when your case proceeds. Provide only what you’re comfortable sharing now.

Environmental & regulatory references

All optional.

Document authentication codes

Many official documents carry a validation or authentication code that lets their authenticity be confirmed online — for example the validation code on a cartório certidão, the CAR protocol / authentication number, or the CCIR authentication number. Share any you have so we can verify the documents. All optional.

Professional & legal limitations

  • This is a preliminary, evidence-led assessment — not a legal opinion, environmental certification, survey, valuation, tax opinion or investment recommendation.
  • Public databases may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable.
  • CAR and CCIR records do not independently prove ownership. A valid CAR is self-declared.
  • A current certified matrícula and professional review may still be necessary.
  • No transaction should proceed solely on the basis of this report.
  • We use the information you provide only to prepare your report and delete it afterwards; each report is reviewed by our lawyer before it is sent to you.
  • AmazonTribe coordinates information and professional assistance; it does not present itself as a law firm and does not guarantee title, boundaries, environmental or tax compliance, permitted use, carbon eligibility or investment outcomes.

AmazonTribe LandCheck is a preliminary screening service, not a legal service. It distinguishes public information, client-provided information and professional conclusions, and recommends independent Brazilian legal, tax, environmental and technical advice where required.
